Unlocking Nigeria's mineral and renewable energy potential.
A fully registered Nigerian company mining gold, lithium, zinc, copper, tin, lead and silver — and building the solar infrastructure those minerals make possible.
Who we are
Pacific Atlantic is a fully registered Nigerian company conducting mining, renewable energy and consultancy businesses — guided by ethics, professionalism, compliance and economic benefit for our stakeholders.
Our stakeholders are our investors, partners, staff, host communities and the Nigerian people. As a complete local content company, we are uniquely positioned to capitalise on a largely untapped market — leveraging firsthand knowledge of Nigerian business practice, regulatory frameworks and national mining policy, alongside world exposure and deep industry specialisation.
Our focus minerals are gold, lead, zinc, tin, copper, silver and lithium. We combine technical expertise with disciplined financial management, and our long-term goal is complete product beneficiation for value-enhanced export and local consumption.
-
01
Investors
A return on investment that is industry-wide superior.
-
02
Environment
Stewardship that preserves the ecosystem for current and future generations.
-
03
Host communities
Social, economic and environmental responsibility for harmony and development.
What we do
Three businesses that reinforce one another.
The lithium we mine stores the solar energy we generate. The consultancy desk brings in the partners who fund both.
Portfolio
The minerals under our titles.
Nigeria is a treasure trove of proven reserves in globally high demand. Our mining titles carry economic deposits across all of these — and all are workable rights.
Our method
Mechanisation over exploration.
Most mining capital is lost before the first tonne is moved. Our portfolio is built to skip that stage almost entirely.
-
01
Target proven ground
We acquire titles over ground already worked at artisanal or small scale but fiscally viable for expansion. The deposit has already declared itself — which eliminates exploration layers and, with them, most of the financial risk.
-
02
Mechanise and formalise
We bring equipment, engineering and compliance systems to workings that were producing informally — scaling output while formalising livelihoods that already exist in our host communities rather than displacing them.
-
03
Beneficiate in-country
Exporting raw ore exports value. We process toward the highest saleable form inside Nigeria — and for lithium, all the way to battery-grade material.
-
04
Deliver to the global market
Assay and grading, statutory documentation, haulage and shipping through vetted lines — product that matches specification, on schedule, with paperwork that clears cleanly.
From the desk of the CEO
I am a Nigerian Australian Geologist with postgraduate Geology and Law degrees, and exposures transcending Nigeria, Australia, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Japan. Pacific Atlantic was born out of the need to tap into the manifold economic opportunities that Nigeria presents as an emerging market with over 240 million people, high purchasing power, abundance of mineral resources and low energy production.
At Pacific Atlantic, we offer independent mining, renewable energy and consultancy services that are compliant, performance driven and designed to give you peace of mind. Let's build something together.
