Who we are

Pacific Atlantic Mining and Energy International Limited (RC 9010606) operates this website. Our registered offices are at 15 Benny Otuya Aucubeze Street, FO1 Kubwa, FCT Abuja, Nigeria and 17B Okolo Street, American Quarters, Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site working:

• Enquiry details — the name, email, phone number, company, country and message you submit through our contact form.
• Job applications — the name, contact details, CV and covering note you submit through the careers pages.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you ask for company updates.
• Technical data — your IP address and browser identifier, recorded alongside form submissions to help us identify abuse.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess your application, and to send you the company updates you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they are commercially relevant and then archived. Applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a similar role opens. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie only where one is needed — for example to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, or to keep an administrator signed in. If website analytics are enabled, they may set their own cookies; you can block these in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@pacificatlantic.org.ng and we will respond.
