Three businesses, one company.

Optimisation, reliability, efficiency, transparency and sustainability — applied across mining, renewable energy and consultancy.

At Pacific Atlantic our mantras are optimisation, reliability, efficiency, transparency and sustainability. We provide strategic guidance, technical expertise and project management across three critical domains — and we are committed to becoming the largest mining and renewable energy company in Africa.

Titles, mechanisation and beneficiation

Mining

Mining is the centre of our business, and unlocking value through every stage of the mining lifecycle until delivery to the global market is our focus. Nigeria is a treasure trove of abundant proven reserves of mineral resources in high global demand, and our numerous mining titles have economic deposits of lithium, rare earth elements, gold, zinc, copper and coal — all under workable rights.

The soul of our mining business is the mechanisation of areas currently worked at small or artisanal scale but fiscally viable for expansion. This eliminates exploration layers, translating to zero or very low financial risk and a very high return on investment.

Nigeria is presently a prime destination hub for major and minor mining companies alike, driven by ease of doing business and, most especially, governmental support for mining and renewable energy companies. Tax concessions, grants and numerous bilateral agreements form part of a deliberate policy to attract investors as a strategic divestment from a monolithic oil-based economy.

Mega-scale solar and lithium storage

Renewable Energy

Renewable energy is core to our business, based on our commitment to sustainability as a guiding principle. Highly intense sunlight is usual in Nigeria, which makes solar an ideal source of clean and renewable energy. Harnessed at large scale, it will drive economic growth and development.

Our vision is to engage in the design and construction of mega renewable energy projects like the Khavda solar and wind park in India, which carries a total capacity of 30GW including 2GW presently operational. Based on the uniqueness of the Nigerian climate, ours is to be completely solar based.

Solar energy harvested by photovoltaic cells and concentrated solar power systems must be stored effectively and rechargeably. Lithium batteries deliver that reliability and resilience — which is why lithium drives the clean energy transition. Nigeria holds one of the highest lithium deposits available, and our long-term goal is to beneficiate it into batteries, adding value and growing the economy.
